Shamrock Smoothie

     Food Safety Tip:

If you have over-ripe bananas, store them in the freezer to use in smoothies later. Freeze them whole in their skins; or peel, break into chunks, and freeze in a zip-top freezer bag with 1/2 cup of orange juice to prevent browning.
